Over ten years experienced senior level IT professional skilled in front and back end Internet web site/application design and development, specializing in PHP5/ColdFusion MX7 open source scripting, MySQL/Oracle database formats and LAMP administration.  Other skills include engineering and support/training for a fully featured customized Content Management System (CMS), multimedia/custom graphics design all seamlessly integrated into a Government web site portal that conforms to strict "Section 508" Accessibility restrictions. My code conforms to W3C best practices standards using XHTML with CSS for separation of content from visual style, as required, thus minimizing cross-platform browser rendering issues.
